Four Keys to Achievement by Tony Robbins
I want to share with you a concept I learned from Tony Robbins, and that is his keys to achievement. He has four main ingredients in order to achieve massive success, or as he calls it, to reach massive achievement.
The Four Ingredients to Achievement
- Potential: Everyone has potential, and you just have to unlock it.
- Action: Most people perform basic action, but without belief, or they don't take action at all. Some people take unconfident action, which is ineffective.
- Belief: Action without belief or conviction falls short. You need to believe in yourself and have confidence to perform to your abilities.
- Action with Conviction: Belief married to action will help you achieve your full potential. Action with conviction will help you stay consistent, persistent, and execute at a higher level.
Example
Tony Robbins gives the example of an unconfident salesperson: "Would you please buy my stuff?" This does not sound convincing. Without confidence and belief, you won't perform to your abilities.
Conclusion
If you are able to unlock confidence and belief in yourself, you will reach your potential. The key to achievement is belief married to action, which will help you achieve your full potential. Action with conviction will help you stay consistent, persistent, and execute at a higher level, eventually leading you to achieve whatever you want to achieve.
That's the formula for achievement from Tony Robbins that I wanted to share with you.
