Taking your first steps into Tech Leadership
Start your journey to becoming a better leader with our structured learning pathway. Curated by our Lead Trainer (and founder) Andrew Murphy, this series is designed for new leaders or those looking to improve their leadership skills.
It includes five key courses covering the fundamentals of leadership, delegation, productivity, trust and communication, and building peer relationships.
The first course, "Developing Your Leadership Mindset," introduces you to what leadership involves, including the necessary skills and how to balance them. Next, "Delegating and Managing Tasks Effectively" teaches you how to delegate efficiently and understand the role of leadership in achieving success. "Staying Productive as a Leader" provides practical tools to keep your productivity high. Following that, "Building Trust and Communication as a Leader" focuses on handling difficult conversations and communicating effectively. The final course, "Building Peer Relationships," shows you how to work with peers to achieve goals, collaborate, and build respect.
Each course offers 3 to 6+ hours of learning, designed to progressively enhance your leadership abilities. This pathway is a practical guide to help you lead more effectively and confidently.
