I'm going to give you an exercise that you can do yourself or give to your team to test whether you have bias. I'll provide a story and then ask you a question about it. The answer will be given in the next video, which will serve as the answer to the test.

The Story

A father and son were driving one day and there was an accident. The father died (this is a make-believe story). The son was badly injured and rushed to the hospital. In the emergency room, the surgeon comes out, looks at the son, and says, "This is my son."
